Is your DGSA up to date?

How do you know if your Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) is up to date and giving you factual information from the current regulations?

We had recent feedback that a company was given the wrong information from a helpline provided by their DGSA and it could have resulted in serious consequences.  If you are not sure then ask them to check which regulations they are working from and ensure you have done your due diligence checks to keep yourself covered.

It is not about having someone doing an admin role to answer your questions.  You need a DGSA that keeps themselves fully up to date and working in the industry.
