Quality Policy

JS Transport Management Services Ltd T/A Total Compliance is committed to providing products and services of a good quality and have created a quality management system to help us achieve this goal.

As part of this policy we will set quality objectives for us to work to, which will be reviewed at least twice per year, or sooner if required, and relate to different departments within the business.

We will ensure that our customer, supplier and any other interested internal or external party to our business knows what they expect from us and in return what we expect from them to ensure that we meet the aims of our quality management system and the regulatory requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

As part of our reviews we will ensure that the quality of our business and the products and services that we provide will be reviewed and improved upon to ensure that we are constantly improving our operations so all interested parties involved with our business get what they need and require from us and we meet their expectations. We do this through performance objectives and measures which are internally audited quarterly and reviewed by top management.

Our business and the quality management system will be internally audited every three months to confirm conformance and should non conformances be identified these will be addressed by all involved in the business including top management. Top management will perform an annual reviews of the Quality Management System to ensure the companies conformance to it and the performance and achievement of its quality objectives.
