FIAS is a voluntary, AIC (Agricultural Industries Confederation), initiative which aims to assure fertiliser safety, security and traceability at all points throughout the supply chain. Find out more here on the AIC website.
The scope of FIAS covers all fertilisers intended for agriculture, horticulture, forestry, amenity and any other such commercial use.
FIAS does not apply to fertilisers packaged for home garden use.
