General Operations Manager
Sally-Anne brings a wealth of experience to her role as General Operations Manager at Total Compliance. With over 25 years dedicated to administration, training, and customer service, Sally-Anne has a proven track record of excellence in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Total Compliance in 2022, she honed her skills in the fast-paced world of haulage and site delivery logistics. This deep-rooted understanding of the industry equips her with invaluable insights that directly benefit our clients.
Today, as a General Operations Manager, Sally-Anne oversees a broad spectrum of operations, including Sales, Marketing, and Training. Her strategic vision is driving the company’s growth and expansion. Additionally, she remains actively involved in FORS, Compliance and DVSA Earned Recognition audits, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.

Andy Lines
Andy has joined the Total Compliance team as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor. He has over twenty years of Dangerous Goods experience in a busy transport Hub environment, having spent the last eleven years as the Hub DGSA.
Andy will be bringing all of his DG knowledge and experience to the Total Compliance team, to provide advice, training and auditing on all aspects of Dangerous Goods.

Transport Manager, Compliance Consultant & Trainer
Chike Ejiasi
Chike is an experienced Transport Manager with over a decade in the logistics and transport industry, specialising in fleet management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. With a proven track record in optimising fleet operations, reducing costs, and enhancing safety, he has successfully managed teams of up to 80 HGV drivers and overseen diverse logistics environments.
Starting his career as a Transport Supervisor, Chike gained extensive experience in driver scheduling, compliance monitoring, and operational efficiency, ultimately earning his Transport Manager’s CPC qualification. His expertise spans a wide range of vehicles, from 3.5-tonne vans to 40-tonne articulated trucks.
Now, as a consultant with Total Compliance, he specialise in advising businesses on regulatory and legal matters, including operator licensing, driver hours, tachograph management, and working time regulations, ensuring full compliance with transport regulations and industry standards. He also delivers tailored training to help organisations improve safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Simon Senter
Simon is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in the transport industry. Starting as a driver, he climbed the ranks to become a transport planner and eventually assumed the role of Transport Manager for the past 25 years. Throughout his career, Simon has navigated various sectors including Catering Distribution, Heavy Plant, Aviation, and Drinks Distribution, gaining invaluable insights along the way. In addition to his transport endeavours, Simon has also excelled as an Appointed Person, adept at producing lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments for crane lifting projects within the construction sector.

Transport Manager, Compliance Consultant & Trainer
Ryan Walker
Ryan Walker is a transport enthusiast with extensive experience across many roles within the industry. He began his career as a Class 2 driver before progressing to become a Class 1 UK and EU driver. From there, he went on to develop his expertise further as a Driver Trainer, Transport Planner and Transport Manager.
With a strong passion for the HGV world, Ryan has built his career around practical experience, industry knowledge, and a genuine interest in road transport. Each year, he can be found at truck shows, keeping up to date with the latest technology and admiring some of the finest trucks on the road.
Ryan has previously worked within Restricted, National and International licence operations, giving him a broad and well-rounded understanding of transport compliance and operational requirements. He takes great pride in sharing the experience, knowledge, and expertise he has gained throughout his journey in the industry.

Adam Chamula
Adam Chamula is a transport and compliance specialist with over a decade of experience in the logistics and transport sector, having started his career in 2016. He combines extensive operational knowledge with recognised professional qualifications to help organisations strengthen compliance, improve processes, and operate more effectively in highly regulated environments.
Adam holds the International Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), passed on his first attempt, and has significant experience supporting fleet operations, vehicle compliance, maintenance management, and telematics systems. His work has involved close collaboration with operational teams, planners, suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure transport activities meet regulatory standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
A certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Adam brings a structured, analytical approach to auditing and quality management systems. He specialises in identifying risks, reviewing operational procedures, and helping organisations implement practical improvements aligned with internationally recognised standards.
Adam is also a qualified Level 3 Trainer and holds a Level 3 First Aid certification, reflecting his commitment to professional development, workplace safety, and effective knowledge transfer. Caroline Sykes
Caroline has over 10 years of experience in sales, having built her career across both consumer-facing and business-to-business environments. She began by selling mobility aids for a small company with very limited resources, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, product knowledge and problem-solving.
She later moved into B2B sales for a larger organisation, specialising in Employment Law and Health & Safety packages. In this role, she worked closely with businesses of all sizes, tailoring services to suit their individual requirements.
Caroline is known for being warm, welcoming, and professional in her approach. She takes pride in building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the process. Her aim is always to offer more than just a sale, creating trust and confidence so that customers return to her for further advice and assistance.
