Meet the Management Team
General Operations Manager
Sally-Anne Cressey
Sally-Anne brings a wealth of experience to her role as General Operations Manager at Total Compliance. With over 25 years dedicated to administration, training, and customer service, Sally-Anne has a proven track record of excellence in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Total Compliance in 2022, she honed her skills in the fast-paced world of haulage and site delivery logistics. This deep-rooted understanding of the industry equips her with invaluable insights that directly benefit our clients.
Today, as a General Operations Manager, Sally-Anne oversees a broad spectrum of operations, including Sales, Marketing, and Training. Her strategic vision is driving the company’s growth and expansion. Additionally, she remains actively involved in FORS, Compliance and DVSA Earned Recognition audits, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained.
Sally-Anne’s combination of industry knowledge, operational acumen, and leadership skills make her a driving force at Total Compliance.

Meet the Transport Consultants
Transport Manager, Compliance Consultant & Lead Trainer for the North-East
Bryan Rouxel
Bryan has over 25 years’ experience in the Road Haulage industry as a Class 1 driver, and 20 years’ experience in delivering transport related training including practical training on specialised engineering vehicles as well as class 2, class 1 and PCV licence acquisition training and driver CPC training.
Bryan has worked as a Transport Manager for a large national haulage firm and was responsible for the management and compliance of 3 operating centres, over 50 drivers and support staff operating 17 vehicles and 30 trailers. This has led to consulting with transport companies and being named as a Transport Manager for several clients as well as delivering theory and practical training to drivers.

Tony Welsh
With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the transport industry, Tony is a seasoned professional with a remarkable journey. Beginning as a driver, he diligently worked his way up the ranks to become a respected Transport Manager and Training Manager.
Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise as a Certified Professional Competence (CPC) trainer and driving assessor, playing a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of aspiring professionals. At the helm of a training department spanning 15 sites across the UK, he successfully orchestrated comprehensive training programs.
In addition to his training responsibilities, he also serves as an advanced driver tutor and proudly holds the position of secretary for the Merseyside RODAR group, affiliated with ROSPA. These roles allow him to contribute actively to the transport community, while promoting safe driving practices.
He is seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in transport management, training, and driver assessment skills.
Dangerous Good and Safety Advisor, Transport Manager & Consultant for the East Midlands
Andy Lines
Andy has joined the Total Compliance team as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor. He has over twenty years of Dangerous Goods experience in a busy transport Hub environment, having spent the last eleven years as the Hub DGSA.
Andy will be bringing all of his DG knowledge and experience to the Total Compliance team, to provide advice, training and auditing on all aspects of Dangerous Goods.
Transport Manager, Compliance Consultant & Lead Trainer for London & The South West
Jamie Walker
Jamie has over fourteen years experience in the transport industry, working for a large global company, before joining Total Compliance. Jamie delivers consultancy, training, auditing, and acts as an external Transport Manager.
Jamie started off as a driver on the prison vans. Moving into management, he held positions such as Depot Manager, Transport Manager, Senior Fleet Manager and Regional Fleet Manager. Managing large fleets of 100+ vehicles and multiple operating centres, he helped to oversee compliance, workshop H&S, and transitioning to electric fleets.

Robert - Darius Laslau
After beginning his career as a HGV driver in the aviation industry, Robert worked his way up to management position, soon after became Driver Trainer and Transport Manager for a major national general haulage company, where he overseen all aspects of driver training and SSOW, including delivering of CPC courses.
Robert has been in the transport industry for over 20 years. Because of his persistent dedication to career advancement, he has made his move to the transport industry's compliance department. He will bring all of his experiences and qualifications to the Total Compliance team offering training and consultancy.
Transport Manager, Consultant and Appointed Person
Simon Senter
Simon is a seasoned professional with over three decades of expertise in the transport industry. Starting as a driver, he climbed the ranks to become a transport planner and eventually assumed the role of Transport Manager for the past 25 years. Throughout his career, Simon has navigated various sectors including Catering Distribution, Heavy Plant, Aviation, and Drinks Distribution, gaining invaluable insights along the way. In addition to his transport endeavours, Simon has also excelled as an Appointed Person, adept at producing lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments for crane lifting projects within the construction sector.

FORS Consultant - Nationwide
Anna Sheardown
With over seven years experience in the Motor Trade, working at main dealers supporting customers as a service advisor, Anna joined the Total Compliance Accreditations team as an administrator.
Anna looks after customers who would like to achieve their FORS Bronze. She guides them through the whole process, from the initial call right through to the audit, offering support and advice throughout.

 Originally from South Africa, Chantal brings a wealth of experience to her role as a FORS Consultant. With a strong background in care, retail, management, and administration, she has honed her exceptional customer service skills over the years.

She enjoys working closely with Anna to guide customers through the FORS Silver accreditation process, providing support and expertise every step of the way.
