Quality Policy
Purpose:
JS Transport Management Services Ltd T/A Total Compliance is committed to delivering
high-quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. We have
established a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
to drive continual improvement and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business.
Quality Objectives:
- Clear quality objectives will be set for each department, reviewed at least twice a
year, or sooner if required. - Objectives will be measurable, achievable, and designed to support our commitment
to continual improvement.
Customer and Stakeholder Focus:
- We ensure that customers, suppliers, and other interested parties clearly understand
our standards of quality, as well as the expectations we have of them. - Strong, transparent communication will be maintained to ensure requirements are
met efficiently and consistently.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Business operations, products, and services will be reviewed regularly to identify
opportunities for improvement. - Performance will be monitored through defined measures and internal audits
conducted quarterly. - Non-conformances will be addressed promptly, with corrective actions involving all
necessary team members and top management.
Internal Audits and Management Review:
- Our Quality Management System will be internally audited every six months to verify
compliance and effectiveness. - Top management will review the QMS annually, ensuring it remains fit for purpose,
supports our strategic direction, and drives the achievement of quality objectives.
