Paulina Patel – Training Team Leader
Our Training Team is heading up my Paulina Patel. Paulina joined the Total Compliance team as our Training Administrator has progressed to become a Team Leader. Originally from Poland, she is determined, confident and well organised, with experience in supporting training departments in previous roles. Paulina enjoys organising training, helping customers and the variety that working in the transport industry brings. When she’s not at work Paulina enjoys reading, baking and exercising including cycling.

Josh Walton – Business Development Leader
Josh has joined Total Compliance as Business Development Leader.
Josh has over ten years of experience across Sales, Customer Service & Account Management, many of which have been spent within the Transport Industry.

Nino Vacca – Business Development Manager
Nino has joined the Sales team as the Business Development Manager.
Nino has over 20 years’ experience in Business Development and Sales, across various industries in the UK & Europe. He has extensive experience in leading and delivering 1- & 3-year strategies plan, on sustainable profitable growth, along with Engineering & Health & Safety Qualifications, having worked in the Construction & Logistics industry for a number a of years.
When Nino is not at work you can find him on a football pitch or golf course with his many interests outside of work including football training and refereeing, golf and being part of a local snooker league.
